Beach Dream
The dream started, I was a guy, and I had two brothers. One younger and one older. My older brother was rather tall and thin, with light hair, And the younger brother of course was much shorter, he had black hair. I never saw myself cause it was as if i was actually there kinda thing. So anyway, we somehow got to this beach, and we looked around as saw a small town in the distance. So I went up to ask if there was any place me and my brothers could stay at for the night. This older man kindly offered this little tree house he built for his son, it was down near the beach. Before i walked away i remembered him telling me , that when it got dark to keep the lights completely off. He didn’t say why, and I didnt think to ask why. I walked back down to the beach to join my brothers. The younger one was already up in the tree house, and older brother was walking along picking things up off the ground. I didnt think much of it and continued with my business.
Later on it became night , and i went down and put some lanterns up so i could see outside. Out of nowhere older Brother runs over, and widly kicks both of them down, breaking them instantly. I stood there and shouted ‘What did you do that for?! I can’t see! ’ And older brother yelled back ’ They said to keep the lights off! That thing will find us!’ At that point i was getting rather worried with his behavior. It was strange, but, i was too tired to think clearly, so i climbed back up the tree house, and went to sleep.
Early in the morning i woke up, seeing that my younger brother was still fast asleep. I looked to my other side, and notcied my older brothers absence. I sat myself up, and and quietly shuffled my way back down. It was really foggy outside, and it looked as if it could start raining any second. So i quickly ran along the beach line, in search of my older brother. I had soon found him, not too far off in the water, maybe about up to his knees, and he was jsut standing there looking out at the sea. Furious with him as it was I shouted “Get back over here! Its dangerous!” Older brother didn’t reply. And he continued to stand there in the water. So i yelled again ” The rips currents will pull you away!” . And again, he ignored me. Growing impatient i began stepping into the water, walking towards him. As i got closer I went to reach out, to grab his arm, when he suddenly just bolted off to the side. Shocked, i began to run after him, he was running fast , too fast for me to catch up, so i stopped, and got out of the water. I stood a second to catch my breath, and headed back to where the tree house was. I saw younger brother standing there. He had asked me where older brother went , i just told him he went off to the village. So I told my younger brother to just stay up in the tree house till I got back from the Town. I headed out, and walked to where we had met the kind old man that lend us that tree house. I found him after a while and walked over to ask him a question. “Hey, Have you seen my older brother? He’s run off somewhere.” The old man looked at me, and realized who I was ” Oh, well no I hanv’t seen hm. Where was he last?” He replied. ” I saw him down at the beach, i tried to get him ouy of the water, but he just ran off.” The old man stopped ans tared at me , the look he gave justsaid that something was going wrong. He looked at me with such concern, i was beginning to worry. ” You better find him soon. Its dangerous to be near the waters.” At that point i wasn’t so sure what to do. I had no idea where brother ran off too, and he was much to fast for me to catch. I suppose i could just wait to see if he will show up. But, who knows what he could be doing…
It sorta just ended there, i was kinda pissed cause i really wanted to know what happaned to my ‘older brother’ . But thats where it ended.
